A digital pioneer at Sony Music Europe in the 90s, I have held several eCommerce management positions in French and international multi-channel B2C and B2B companies (including Bertelsmann, Manutan International, Quelle-3Suisses, Conrad Electronics, Camaïeu).

I spent 6 years in the UK, notably with Marks & Spencer and Maplin Electronics to operate their omnichannel strategy and develop their international eCommerce. More recently, I led the marketing transformation of media giant TIME inc in the UK as CMO.

From 2018 to 2023, I have been leading the Institut du Commerce Connecté (aka Diamart Connect), an international think tank and organiser of events and training courses specialising in e-commerce, innovation and digital transformation in retail, based in Paris and Lille.

Connected to both retail ecosystems and start-ups, I am an advisor to several retail organisations in France and the UK, as well as to retail technology start-ups and specialist applications. I am also a member of the advisory board of startup Securcles.com (FR).

With many years experience in multiple retail verticals (entertainment, books, fashion, electronics, B2B,...), I have co-written a reference book about e-commerce in 2022 : Pro en e-commerce
